1. The service

H3 Max Studio provides access to AI video generation through the MiniMax H3 Max model served by fal.ai. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with MiniMax or fal.ai.

2. Accounts and credits

You sign in with a valid email. Credits are purchased through our payment processor and are consumed when a generation succeeds. Monthly plan credits renew monthly; one-time credit packs never expire.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights. You must comply with the generative content policies of the underlying model provider.

4. Ownership

You own the videos you generate, subject to the applicable model provider terms. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

5. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for outputs, interruptions, or use of generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
