Refund Policy

1. Credit allocations

Credits are consumed only when a generation is successfully submitted to the provider. Failed or timed-out generations are automatically refunded.

2. One-time packs

One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly plan subscriptions may be canceled at any time through billing; the current month remains active and is non-refundable except when required by law.

4. How to request

Email contact@h3max.wiki with your account email and order reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
