1. What we collect

We collect your email address, generation prompts, uploaded image URLs, generated video URLs, payment order references, and aggregate usage events. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card numbers.

2. Why we collect it

To operate the service: authenticate you, meter credits, display your generation history, process payments, and protect against abuse.

3. Analytics

We use first-party analytics (Plausible via click.pageview.click) and Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behavior. Analytics data is not used to identify individual users.

4. Sharing

We share data only with our service providers (fal.ai for generation, Stripe for payments, ZeptoMail for email, Cloudflare for hosting) and when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep generation history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at contact@h3max.wiki.
